1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

The mybetking.net website and all services provided under the MyBetKing brand are operated by a fully registered and licensed company. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the mybetking platform and every user who registers for or accesses our services.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or using any part of the mybetking platform, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account only at mybetking. Attempts to register multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, ID numbers, or device information are strictly prohibited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any party
• You are responsible for all activities that occur within your account
• Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the mybetking support team immediately.

A mybetking account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the specified wagering requirements
• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Mybetking reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time
• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

6General Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on mybetking are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type. In general:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated.
• Mybetking reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error or obvious odds error
• Game results determined by the mybetking RNG system are final and cannot be disputed

• Sharing another person's personal information without their consent

8Account Suspension & Closure

Mybetking reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mybetking support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and no transactions are pending review.

9Platform Liability Limits

In all circumstances, mybetking's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.
